Bill Allen is the CEO and Owner of 7 Figure Flipping, a real estate organization based out of Nashville, TN. He and his team currently flip and wholesale 200+ deals per year in Tennessee and northern Florida, while leading the top house flipping and wholesaling mentoring groups in the nation.
Bill began his career as a Naval Officer with 18 years of military experience and discovered through the avenue of real estate, that his calling is leading others by helping them find their own success through networking and accountability. This year, 2021, Bill released the book 7 Figure Flipping Underground.

Katie and Michael have done a phenomenal job with this cabin rehab! It’s so gorgeous!
There are a few things we definitely want to highlight:
1. Amazing outdoor shower.
2. amazing indoor shower tile. Love the color!
3. One thing that they’ve done in their listing that we haven’t seen very often is styling the pullout couch! They show you where the table moves to (it makes a really nice side table) and what it looks like with the sheets and blankets on it. It looks cozy and inviting… not *just another* pullout couch!
They also have before and afters, aerial views, you name it!
One last hosting hot tip for you all: in their listing photos on Airbnb, they have a first aid kit inside the bathroom in their laundry area, and have styled it so nicely! That’s one of those little things when people are swiping through! When we saw that, it made us feel safe. We noticed that. And so listeners, if you don’t have a first aid kit, please make sure you are supplying one to your guests.
