This little 480 sq. foot tree house is so cute!

In their listing and in their social media, they show a lot of night photos, which really showcases all the windows in the structure and the super cute outdoor spaces…. especially that hot tub!

As as host, you have to know what the shining part of your property is, and how you can sell it to potential guests. We definitely would love enjoy a summer evening stay here!
