Alex Sabio is a married father of four from Southern California. He has been in healthcare for over 20 years, and focuses on helping other healthcare workers become financially free through investing in STRs.
Alex had a rocky start in real estate investing, including bankruptcy, builder issues, and even a Ponzi scheme. But through it all, he always had an innate feeling that he was making the right moves, and continued to persevere through these struggles. Today, he’s thriving with multiple properties, and always networking with partners and fellow hosts to find new opportunities.

Not to be confused with Stay Milli Vanilli… girl you know it’s true, we want to stay at your short-term rental! 😉
What we really want people to pay attention to is the amazing nook that they’ve turned into a gaming, puzzle, and book area. We love the way they’ve built it into the home and how they’ve organized the space. It’s such a nice thing to offer to their guests… I mean who doesn’t love a board game or a puzzle, especially on a rainy day!?
They also have an amazing use of color in this home. The colors are bright and vibrant with such nice attention to detail. We love to see it!
