STRATEGIC HOST TERMS
These Strategic Host Terms (the “Strategic Host Terms”) apply to the relationship between you and Thanks For Visiting, LLC (“TFV”), who provides the Strategic Host Program. These STRATEGIC HOST Terms shall be considered to supplement the General TFV Terms of Use found here and the Privacy Policy found here, which shall also apply to the relationship between TFV and you and to all aspects of the Program license granted to you under these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the General TFV Terms of Use and these Terms, the terms of the General TFV Terms of Use shall prevail. BY CLICKING THE “AGREE” BUTTON YOU (A) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS, THE GENERAL TFV TERMS OF USE, AND PRIVACY POLICY, (B) ARE AUTHORIZED TO BIND YOURSELF TO THESE TERMS, THE GENERAL TFV TERMS OF USE, AND PRIVACY POLICY AND (C) ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND AGREES THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS, THE GENERAL TFV TERMS OF USE, AND PRIVACY POLICY.
Subject to these Terms, TFV hereby grants you a limited license to use the content and services related to our Strategic Host Program (the “Program”). You are securing one of a limited number of places TFV offers in this round of the Program.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice through Calendly.
Cancellations under 24 hours: Calls canceled under 24 hours are forfeited unless extreme circumstances apply, which will be at TFV’s discretion with a one-time grace only.
No-Shows: Missed calls without notice are forfeited.
If a Strategist Cancels: Another Strategist will step in. If no replacement is available (rare), TFV will reschedule at your convenience.
5. What’s Included
Core Deliverables
Pay In Full Bonus - Select participants may qualify for a Private Founder Access 1:1 Call with Sarah Karakaian and Annette Grant (the “Founders”). In order to schedule and attend the Private Founder Access Call, your Strategic Host enrollment must be paid in full. Qualification criteria will be communicated at the time of offer.
6. Important Notes
All calls are subject to availability within program dates.
Monthly 1:1 Strategy Calls do not roll over or extend beyond the 6-month cohort.
TFV reserves the right to adjust scheduling windows to maintain quality of delivery.
7. Final Guarantee
Refund & Commitment Policy: 14-Day Try & Apply Period.
Strategic Host is a high-touch, participation-based program designed for active implementation. For that reason, refunds are not granted based on preference, change of mind, lack of time, or internal decision-making unrelated to program delivery.
Participants may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of enrollment only if all of the conditions below are met.
Refund Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for a refund during the 14-day Try & Apply period, you must:
Actively Participate
Attend the Orientation & Setup Call (or a scheduled onboarding alternative), and
Engage with the Strategic Host portal and resources in good faith.
Apply the Program
Begin implementing the guidance provided during onboarding and early program materials.
Attend a Required Review Call
Schedule and attend a review call with a Strategic Host Guide within the 14-day window.
During this call, you must clearly walk through:
What actions you took
What tools or guidance you applied
Why, based on implementation and evidence, the program is not a fit for your business
Refund requests will not be considered without this review call.
Processing Fee Deduction
If a refund is approved within the 14-day Try & Apply period, a non-refundable payment processing fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded. This fee reflects third-party payment processor charges incurred at the time of enrollment and is not retained as program revenue by TFV.
Non-Qualifying Refund Reasons
Refunds will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to:
Not consulting a partner, spouse, or decision-maker before enrolling
Not allocating sufficient time to participate
Changing your mind after purchase
Deciding the program is “not what you expected” after enrollment
Personal, financial, or business circumstances unrelated to Strategic Host delivery
Failure to log in, attend calls, or use provided resources
If the above participation requirements are not met within the 14-day period, no refund will be issued.
No Refunds After 14 Days
After the 14-day Try & Apply period concludes, all payments are non-refundable, including for participants on payment plans. Enrollment secures access to the full six-month Strategic Host program, associated resources, and Guide availability.
Program Commitment & Scope
Strategic Host provides strategic guidance, education, tools, and support. TFV does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, or business performance.
Results depend on factors including, but not limited to, market conditions, property quality, pricing decisions, execution, and participant engagement.
THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE *NOT* INCLUDED
Services. Done-for-you services of any kind are not included.
Endorsements. You are not receiving an endorsement from TFV or either of Sarah Karakaian and Annette Grant (the “Personalities”), personally, and neither is any other participant. You may not create the appearance of an endorsement or rely on any person who claims to be endorsed by TFV or the Personalities.
Ownership of Written Materials. As a participant, you will have one license to view written materials provided by TFV. These materials are the sole property of TFV and protected by federal copyright laws.
Trademark Usage. TFV protects its names. You are not receiving permission to use trade and service marks like the Hosting Business Mastery Method or the Hosting Business Method or any other trademark of TFV, even if not listed here.
Results Not Guaranteed. You are receiving a space in the program, support and guidance, but not guaranteed results from participating in the program.
Confidentiality. TFV cannot and does not guarantee confidentiality. Do not share any confidential and proprietary information which may harm your business or personal interests if repeated, copied, or otherwise transmitted and/or implemented by a third party.
Additional Terms
If you are ineligible for a refund and initiate a chargeback, TFV may issue an additional $300 fee to you.
If you signed up for a payment plan, you will continue to be billed according to schedule through the end of the Term. If you fail to make payments TFV reserves the right to initiate collection proceedings.

Core Calls:
- Orientation & Setup Call (Week 1) → Your onboarding call to orient you to the Strategic Host program, confirm access, walk through how to use the tools and portal, and outline what to focus on in your first 30 days.
- Strategy Calls (1:1) → You’ll receive one (1) private Strategy Call per month (30 minutes each), for a total of six (6) Strategy Calls during the program.
- Weekly and monthly topic-specific calls (Pricing, Marketing, Team Building, etc.).
- Zoom links are provided to all active members.
2. Cohort Start Date & Early Enrollment Access
Cohort Dates.
The official start date of the Strategic Host cohort is Monday, March 2, 2026, and the cohort experience concludes on September 2, 2026 (the “Cohort Term”).
Early Enrollment Access.
Participants who enroll during the open cart window from February 12, 2026 through February 24, 2026 will receive early access to the Strategic Host portal and community prior to the official cohort start date. This early access period allows participants to begin orientation, preparation, and foundational review ahead of the cohort launch.
Early access does not alter the official Cohort Term, program guarantees, or the defined 6-month Program structure, but provides additional time inside the cohort environment at no additional cost.
3. Monthly 1:1 Strategy Call Scheduling Rules
- Booking Platform: All Strategy Calls are scheduled through Calendly.
- Form Requirement: You must complete the Strategy Call Info Form when booking so your Strategist can prepare.
- Lead Time Rule: Calls must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance to allow for proper preparation.
- First Come, First Served: Strategist availability is first come, first served. You may not have the same Strategist each call, but all Strategists are TFV-trained to deliver consistent support.
