STRATEGIC HOST TERMS
These Strategic Host Terms (the “Strategic Host Terms”) apply to the relationship between you and Thanks For Visiting, LLC (“TFV”), who provides the Hosting Business Mastery Program. These STRATEGIC HOST Terms shall be considered to supplement the General TFV Terms of Use found here and the Privacy Policy found here, which shall also apply to the relationship between TFV and you and to all aspects of the Program license granted to you under these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the General TFV Terms of Use and these Terms, the terms of the General TFV Terms of Use shall prevail. BY CLICKING THE “AGREE” BUTTON YOU (A) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS, THE GENERAL TFV TERMS OF USE, AND PRIVACY POLICY, (B) ARE AUTHORIZED TO BIND YOURSELF TO THESE TERMS, THE GENERAL TFV TERMS OF USE, AND PRIVACY POLICY AND (C) ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND AGREES THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS, THE GENERAL TFV TERMS OF USE, AND PRIVACY POLICY.
Subject to these Terms, TFV hereby grants you a limited license to use the content and services related to our Strategic Host Program (the “Program”). You are securing one of a limited number of places TFV offers in this round of the Program.

Cancellations under 24 hours: Calls canceled under 24 hours are forfeited unless extreme circumstances apply, which will be at TFV’s discretion with a one-time grace only.
No-Shows: Missed calls without notice are forfeited.
If a Guide Cancels: Another Guide will step in. If no replacement is available (rare), TFV will reschedule at your convenience.

What “pricing model you trust” means (deliverables)

Services. Done-for-you services of any kind are not included.
Endorsements. You are not receiving an endorsement from TFV or either of Sarah Karakaian and Annette Grant (the “Personalities”), personally, and neither is any other participant. You may not create the appearance of an endorsement or rely on any person who claims to be endorsed by TFV or the Personalities.
Ownership of Written Materials. As a participant, you will have one license to view written materials provided by TFV. These materials are the sole property of TFV and protected by federal copyright laws.
Trademark Usage. TFV protects its names. You are not receiving permission to use trade and service marks like the Hosting Business Mastery Method or the Hosting Business Method or any other trademark of TFV, even if not listed here.
Results Not Guaranteed. You are receiving a space in the program, support and guidance, but not guaranteed results from participating in the program.
Confidentiality. TFV cannot guarantee confidentiality. Do not share any confidential and proprietary information which may harm your business or personal interests if repeated, copied, or otherwise transmitted and/or implemented by a third party.
Additional Terms
If you are ineligible for a refund and initiate a chargeback, TFV may issue an additional $300 fee to you.
If you signed up for a payment plan, you will continue to be billed according to schedule through the end of the Term. If you fail to make payments TFV reserves the right to initiate collection proceedings.

Core Calls:
- Roadmap Call (Week 1) → Your personalized roadmap call based on your Reality Check and STR Business Audit. This call sets your 90-day plan.
- Guide Calls (1:1) → You’ll receive 2 private Guide Calls (30 minutes each) during the program to review progress, make confident decisions, and stay accountable.
- Bonus Guide Call (floating) → You also receive 1 additional Guide Call you may schedule at any time after your Roadmap Call, but no sooner than 3 days after it. If unused, it expires at the end of the 10-week program.
- Milestone Call (Week 8) → A celebratory call with a founder or lead Guide to review your wins, highlight progress, and discuss your future growth opportunities. This call may include a discussion of next steps and ongoing support options.
- Weekly and monthly topic-specific calls (Pricing, Marketing, Team Building, etc.).
- Zoom links are provided to all active members.
2. Guide Call Scheduling Rules
- Booking Platform: All Guide Calls are scheduled through Calendly.
- Form Requirement: You must complete the Guide Call Info Form when booking so your Guide can prepare.
- Lead Time Rule: Calls must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance to allow for proper preparation.
- First Come, First Served: Guide availability is first come, first served. You may not have the same Guide each call, but all Guides are TFV-trained to deliver consistent support.
