These Hosting Business Mastery Terms (the “HBM Terms”) apply to the relationship between you and Thanks For Visiting, LLC (“TFV”), who provides the Hosting Business Mastery Program. These HBM Terms shall be considered to supplement the General TFV Terms of Use found here and the Privacy Policy found here, which shall also apply to the relationship between TFV and you and to all aspects of the Program license granted to you under these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the General TFV Terms of Use and these Terms, the terms of the General TFV Terms of Use shall prevail. BY CLICKING THE “AGREE” BUTTON YOU (A) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS, THE GENERAL TFV TERMS OF USE, AND PRIVACY POLICY, (B) ARE AUTHORIZED TO BIND YOURSELF TO THESE TERMS, THE GENERAL TFV TERMS OF USE, AND PRIVACY POLICY AND (C) ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND AGREES THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS, THE GENERAL TFV TERMS OF USE, AND PRIVACY POLICY. 

Subject to these Terms, TFV hereby grants you a limited license to use the content and services related to our Hosting Business Mastery Program (the “Program”). You are securing one of a limited number of places TFV offers in this round of the Program.

You will have the option to pay in monthly installments, as offered at checkout, or in full. 

THIS IS WHAT YOUR GROUP PROGRAM INCLUDES

• Six Group Coaching sessions. You are invited to six (6) group coaching sessions during the Program term, to be conducted virtually (via Zoom) over the next six (6) months: Hot Seats, Accountability, Know Your Numbers, (3) Coaching Office Hours. Your attendance is critical for the success of this program and there are limited times available. Therefore, please make your best efforts to make our available days work. You will be notified of the Group Coaching sessions via a pinned post in the Exclusive Facebook Group and via email. The purpose of the group coaching sessions are to help guide you through your hosting business. All coaching sessions must be used over the next six (6) months or they are forfeited, and all calls are subject to our business policies regarding coaching session scheduling and cancellation.

• Exclusive Facebook Group. You will have access to the exclusive Facebook Group, where you can submit questions, files, videos, marketing pieces and any other materials for the group to critique. TFV will participate in the Group with occasional live streams, question and answer sessions, and other information as the group needs dictate. You will have 6-month access to the Private Group.

• Portal Access. You receive access to the program via an online portal called Kajabi, which includes written materials and video and audio lessons on business and marketing topics. You will have lifetime access to the written materials. However, lifetime access is limited to the duration that this program exists inside of the TFV platform. If TFV decides to terminate this program, you’ll be given the option to download the written materials and videos onto your personal laptop or home computer. 

• VIP or Platinum Option. After 6 months, you’ll receive the option to join additional group coaching calls and continued access to the Facebook group via a monthly membership or our yearly options. Please note that your payment method will be automatically charged each month for your subscription unless you choose to cancel. You can easily manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. If you opt for the yearly subscription, your yearly subscription will be automatically renewed and charged to your payment method on file each year to ensure uninterrupted access to our services. You will not be able to cancel your subscription until after the first year of service. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. SCHEDULING POLICIES 
Our group coaching sessions times and dates are announced at the start of each month via our monthly newsletter and via a pinned message in our Exclusive Facebook group.

If you do not attend at the scheduled day and times, you may view the recording at any time while your membership is active.

If we cancel, no-show, or must reschedule, the process and policies will be repeated.

THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE *NOT* INCLUDED 

• Services. Done-for-you services of any kind are not included.

• Endorsements. You are not receiving an endorsement from TFV or either of Sarah Karakaian and Annette Grant (the “Personalities”), personally, and neither is any other participant. You may not create the appearance of an endorsement or rely on any person who claims to be endorsed by TFV or the Personalities.

• Ownership of Written Materials. As a participant, you will have one license to view written materials provided by TFV. These materials are the sole property of TFV and protected by federal copyright laws.

• Trademark Usage. TFV protects its names. You are not receiving permission to use trade and service marks like the Hosting Business Mastery Method or the Hosting Business Method or any other trademark of TFV, even if not listed here.

Results Not Guaranteed. You are receiving a space in the program, support and guidance, but not guaranteed results from participating in the program.

Confidentiality. TFV cannot guarantee confidentiality. Do not share any confidential and proprietary information which may harm your business or personal interests if repeated, copied, or otherwise transmitted and/or implemented by a third party.

Money-Back Return Policy 
TFV offers a money-back-guarantee policy for the Program. Here’s what you need to do to qualify for this policy:

• Watch the videos from Phases 1-4 
• Email us your completed Number’s Hub with your expenses and subsequent reservations (or running numbers on a potential property). 
• Send us your Guest flow from how a potential Guest finds your space to how you interact with your guest during the stay and then how you capture that Guest’s information and plug them into your post stay marketing sequence. (Please use this website to record your computer screen: www.useloom.com) 

We are 100% committed to your success. This policy is in place to make sure you are also 100% committed. This is a “DOING” Guarantee. You must do the work. If your plan is to do nothing or fail to complete the program and then expect your money back – then please do not buy the Program.

To request a refund – Email us at hi@thanksforvisiting.com before the 30th day following your purchase, with your Loom video outlining your STR business strategy using what we teach inside the Hosting Business Mastery Membership and we’ll refund your investment in full. Requests made in any other way will not be processed. We will verify through the Kajabi platform that you actually finished the program and did the work.* If you make a purchase, and do not actually finish the Program or launch anything using the Program teachings TFV reserves all rights to deny your refund request. The point of this policy is to give everyone the chance to try the Program and if it doesn’t work as promised, they can get their money back. It was not designed for people who don’t want to do the work or simply “changed their mind”. If you have committed to a payment plan, you are contractually obligated to finish that payment plan. If you are ineligible for a refund and initiate a chargeback, TFV may issue an additional $300 fee to you. If you signed up for a payment plan, you will continue to be billed according to schedule through the end of the Term. If you fail to make payments TFV reserves the right to initiate collection proceedings.
